Well-Used Hospices (modifier ID legend_sick_hospitals) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Plague Resistance +5. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Lain Hands (event legend_spread_events.5010). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
