Monophthalmic, Mythical (modifier ID legend_monophthalmic_mythical) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Popular Opinion +10, Levy Size +10%. The script puts it on a legend county. One place in the game's script adds it: One-Eyed Bandit (event legend_spread_events.5210). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
