Room for Expansion (modifier ID inspection_expanding_walls_new_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Building Construction Cost -5%, Building Construction Time -5%, counted per: Increase for every free Building slot. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: Expanding the Town Walls (event bp3_survey.1050). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_wanderer_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
