Great Mason's Workshop Investment (modifier ID great_mason_investment_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Holding Taxes +20%, Building Construction Time -15%. The script puts it on a province. One place in the game's script adds it: A Word of Advice (event stewardship_wealth.5002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_event_modifiers.txt.
