Generosity to Mercenaries (modifier ID generous_to_mercenaries) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Mercenary Hire Cost -10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Mercy for the Mercenaries (event martial_authority.1031). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_martial_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
