Less Lofty Tower (modifier ID fp3_less_lofty_tower_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legacy of Persia files. It gives Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 10 days slower per Scheme Phase, Attraction Opinion +5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Monument to Myself (event fp3_dynasty_decision.0008). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_fp3_modifiers.txt.
