Abundant Flora (modifier ID flowers_planted) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Legends of the Dead files. It gives Popular Opinion +5. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Bad Air Over … (event epidemic_events.1020). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/06_ce1_modifiers.txt.
