Exotic Recipe (modifier ID exotic_recipe_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Monthly Prestige +10%, Health +0.1, Stress Gain -15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Lowly Delicacy (event travel_events.4019). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
