Star-Crossed (modifier ID ep3_star_crossed_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Romance Phase Length 10 days slower per Scheme Phase, Stress Gain +5%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Whenever Darkness Falls (event ep3_story_cycle_violet_poet.2000). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
