New 'Tastes' (modifier ID ep3_new_tastes_cannibal_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Stress Gain -75%, Courtier and Guest Opinion -20. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Unfamiliar Rations (event ep3_laamps.5020). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
