This character's vassals constantly grumble and plot, their discontent spurring each other on. This Modifier increases the likelihood of vassals joining Claimant Factions.
Disgruntled Vassals (modifier ID ep3_disgruntled_vassals_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Hostile Scheme Phase Length 25 days faster per Scheme Phase, Vassal Opinion -10. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Confronting a Viper (event ep3_story_cycle_harrying.3021). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
