Incentivized Troops (modifier ID ep3_better_paid_soldiers_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Men-at-Arms Maintenance +10%, Men-at-Arms Damage +15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Discontent Soldiers (contract). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
