Embraced Local Traditions (modifier ID embraced_local_traditions_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the The Northern Lords files. It gives Popular Opinion +15, Norse Opinion +15. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Have the Realm Embrace Local Traditions (decision). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_fp1_modifiers.txt.
