Disdained (modifier ID disdained_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Friends and Foes files. It gives Vassal Taxes -10%, Level of Fame Impact -10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Taxing Situations (event bp1_yearly.5719). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/01_dlc_bp1_modifiers.txt.
