Strategizing Deceitful Schemes (modifier ID deceitful_progress_hostile_schemes_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 10 days faster per Scheme Phase, Scheme Success Chance +10%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Study the Art of Scheming (decision). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_trait_modifiers.txt.
