Obsessed with Grotesques (modifier ID cryptid_obssessed) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Learning +2, Stress Gain +20%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Grotesque Disappointment (event travel_events.3001). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/04_ep2_modifiers.txt.
