Conqueror of the Black Sea (modifier ID bp3_conqueror_black_sea_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Wandering Nobles files. It gives Coastal Advantage +5, Embarkation Cost -50%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Restore the Bosporan Kingdom (decision). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/08_bp3_modifiers.txt.
