Understands People (modifier ID better_understanding_of_people) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Enemy Hostile Scheme Phase Length 10 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Tidbits from Far Away (event intrigue_scheming.1401). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_intrigue_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
