A Good Meal (modifier ID ate_a_bird) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Travel Safety +5. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: A Winged Thief (event travel_events.4006). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers.txt.
