Alert Soldiers (modifier ID alert_soldiers) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Wandering Nobles files. It gives Defender Advantage +5, Controlled Territory Defender Advantage +2. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Happy Soldiers (event mpo_events_tova.0005). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/08_bp3_modifiers.txt.
