Powerful Family (modifier ID admin_target_powerful_family_scheme_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Scheme success chance max -10%, Scheme Phase Length 5 days slower per Scheme Phase, Secrecy -5%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Ingratiate Family (Scheme) (interaction). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
