Game concept

Treasury

The game also links it as Imperial Treasury.

From the game's encyclopedia

In certain Governments, Treasury represents assets that may only be used for governmental purposes, in contrast with your personal Gold.

• Treasury is created by either your Top Liege (centralized), or locally (decentralized).

• A percentage of Taxation income is converted into Treasury

• As a Vassal, you may receive Treasury from your Liege, based on your Tax contributions and other obligations

• You can transfer Gold to the Treasury at will

• The Treasury stays with the Title if it gets a new Holder
