Request Claim Endorsement is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia. The game explains it: "An Interaction which strengthens an Unpressed Claim into a Pressed Claim through the endorsement of a relevant Ecclesiastical or Theocratic Ruler."
