Simultaneously a legal document and a revered symbol of the grace of the Son of Heaven, the Seal of Investiture signifies the holder's special status as a loyal and favored Tributary of China.
A Seal of Investiture may be granted to Tributaries with high Imperial Grace during the closing ceremonies of a successful Tribute Mission.
