Royal Court
The game also links it as Royal Courts.
From the game's encyclopedia
Distinguished Rulers are famed enough to maintain a Royal Court, which gives access to a variety of bonuses and opportunities.
When a Feudal, Clan, or Tribal Ruler becomes King or Emperor, they gain access to their Royal Court.
Each Royal Court has a Court Grandeur Level, which gives benefits based on how famed the Royal Court is, and which Court Type the Royal Court is.
Petitioners, Vassals, and Courtiers may appear at your Royal Court, or you can Hold Court to invite anyone in the Realm to air their grievances.
A Royal Court also allows the Ruler to display Court Artifacts, and Inspired Guests may appear at the Royal Court, offering to create new Artifacts.
When you die, your Player Heir will inherit your Royal Court.
