Game concept
Predicted Scheme Difficulty
The game also links it as Predicted Difficulty.
From the game's encyclopedia
Many factors go into a successful Scheme, some of which can not be known until it begins and Agents are recruited.
Though any Scheme is possible, many can be costly.
The five levels of difficulty are:
• Very Easy — likely to be easy, fast, and silent
• Easy — minimal effort required
• Moderate — a few bribes may be needed
• Hard — success will be expensive
• Very Hard — success is unlikely and costly
