Game concept

Paiza

From the game's encyclopedia

Paiza, or a gerege, is a small metal tablet issued by powerful Characters in the The Great Steppe, which extends the Khans' power to the carrier.

Mechanically, they are Artifacts that a powerful Nomadic ruler issues to their favorites via the Paiza Character Interaction.

After taking the Establish Paiza System Decision, you get access to Summon Wealthy Visitors: Paiza Decision that allows you to engage in trade with settled people, improved by the various Internal Upgrades to the Barter Stalls Yurt Buildings

However, Characters carrying Paiza Artifacts bearing the name of a living Gurkhan have access to Abuse Gurkhan's Authority Decision and Leverage Khan Authority Character Interaction

By the power of Eternal Heaven. By the protection of the Imperial Good Fortune. An edict of the Khan; any person whosoever who does not respect it shall be punished, shall die.
