Civil Service Examination

The game also links it as Civil Service Examinations, Examination, Examinations.

From the game's encyclopedia

The Civil Service Examinations hold a key role in the Bureaucratic functions of Celestial and Meritocratic Governments.

Through the examination system, bureaucrats are appointed by Merit over lineage, ensuring that the brightest scholars, regardless of heritage, may gain Governorship appointments.

The examination levels are:

• Children's: Parents can have their children take the examination from the age of 6 through the Send to Children's Examination Interaction.

• Provincial: Characters who are not Landed may attempt the second level of Examinations through the Local Examination Activity.

• Metropolitan: Held by the Celestial Government through the Capital Examination activity.

• Palace: The final 10 entrants at the Capital Examination are invited to a feast at the royal palace, to meet and show their worth to the Son of Heaven.
