Game concept
Domicile
The game also links it as Domiciles.
From the game's encyclopedia
A Domicile is the private or assigned property of certain Characters who have a particular Government Form, such as Administrative, Adventurer or Ecclesiastical.
The Domicile acts as the owner's primary powerbase instead of Holdings, and can be improved with Domicile Buildings.
Every Domicile is located within a designated Barony, and some may be moved to a new location. Restrictions may apply depending on the Domicile Type.
Some Domiciles have a special landless Title and follow its Succession.
