A Dynasty Head may disinherit a member of their Dynasty at the cost of Renown.
This will remove the dynasty member from any regular Line of Succession of any titles that are currently held by other dynasty members.

Disinherit is an entry of Crusader Kings III's in-game encyclopedia. The game explains it: "A Dynasty Head may disinherit a member of their Dynasty at the cost of Renown." It is part of Succession.
