Designate Chief Sacrifice

The game also links it as Designate a Chief Sacrifice, Chief Sacrifice.

From the game's encyclopedia

When holding a grand sacrificial festival, Characters may designate one of their Prisoners to be the primary sacrifice. This Prisoner is killed first, and may cause the sacrificing character to gain more Piety.

Preferable sacrifices are:

• Landless Characters whose Faith is either hostile or evil

• Landed Characters of at least Count-Rank

• Heads of Faith (though this may have repercussions)
