Prominence
From the game's encyclopedia
Prominence reflects how desirable a Title is to eligible candidates.
A candidate who already holds a Title will only be appointed to a new one of the same Tier if it has higher Prominence.
Prominence is typically based on local wealth and proximity to the Realm Capital, but other factors may apply depending on circumstance, such as the size of Title Men-at-Arms for Military Governors.
