Well Fed Travelers (modifier ID travel_well_fed_travellers) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Travel Speed +25%. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: Fish in the Sea (event travel_events.4004). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers.txt.
