Steeds Acquired (modifier ID travel_steeds_acquired_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Travel Speed +100%. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: Picture Pasture (event travel_events.2004). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_travel_modifiers.txt.
