Hastened Advance (modifier ID travel_speed_actor) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Wandering Nobles files. It gives Travel Speed +5. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: A Jest Too Far (event mpo_events_tova.0003). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/08_bp3_modifiers.txt.
