Encouraged Feasts (modifier ID statecraft_encouraged_feasting_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Direct Vassal Opinion +5. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Settlement: The Feast (event stewardship_duty_special.2021). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_diplomacy_lifestyle_modifiers.txt.
