Slothful Agent (modifier ID slothful_reduces_power_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 5 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Cleaning Up (event intrigue_scheme_ongoing.1006). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_murder_scheme_modifiers.txt.
