Bribed Scribes (modifier ID scheme_grand_ambitions_bribed_scribes_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Secrecy +10%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Grand Ambitions: Threads of Subterfuge (event grand_ambitions.0160). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
