Obstacle Discredited (modifier ID scheme_apa_positive_1011_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Secrecy +5%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: scheme_apa_positive.1011 (scheme). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_scheme_modifiers.txt.
