Discovered Gap in Knowledge (modifier ID scheme_apa_negative_8071_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 5 days slower per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: scheme_apa_negative.8071 (scheme). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_scheme_modifiers.txt.
