Restored Theme (modifier ID restored_greek_theme_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Roads to Power files. It gives Stewardship +1, Popular Opinion +15. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: ep3_decisions_event.3000 (event). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/07_ep3_modifiers.txt.
