Respectful Despite Differences (modifier ID respectful_despite_differences) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III. It gives Scheme Phase Length 5 days faster per Scheme Phase. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: Befriend: Hammer and Tongs (event befriend_ongoing_rival.0002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_befriend_scheme_modifiers.txt.
