Waylaid on the Road (modifier ID pam_sf_waylaid_road_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the By God Alone files. It gives Travel Safety -50. The script puts it on a travel plan. One place in the game's script adds it: Pikuach Nefesh (event pam_secular_faith_events.0002). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/pam_secular_faith_modifiers.txt.
