Persistent Devotions (modifier ID pam_persistent_devotions_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the By God Alone files. It gives Scheme Phase Length 5 days faster per Scheme Phase, Scheme Success Chance +5%. The script puts it on a scheme. One place in the game's script adds it: study_scripture_outcome.2 (event). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/11_pam_study_scripture_modifiers.txt.
