Treadwheel Crane (modifier ID pam_cathedral_treadwheel_crane_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the By God Alone files. It gives Building Construction Time -15%. The script puts it on a county. One place in the game's script adds it: Grand Cathedral: As If By the Lord's Hand (event pam_great_projects_events.0011).
