Exposed Ruse (modifier ID pam_cathedral_cantoria_scam_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the By God Alone files. It gives Great Project Construction Time -10%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Grand Cathedral: A Higher Calling (event pam_great_projects_events.0013). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/12_pam_modifiers.txt.
