Bronze Torture Implements (modifier ID pam_cathedral_bell_bronze_torture_implements_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the By God Alone files. It gives Artifact Decay Reduction -25%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: Grand Cathedral: A Herald of Doom! (event pam_great_projects_events.0010).
