Peaceful (modifier ID oath_peaceful_ai_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Coronations files. It gives Popular Opinion +10. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: An Oath for the Ages (event coronation_events.0100). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/10_ach_modifiers.txt.
