It gives Archer Cavalry Damage +5%, Light Cavalry Damage +5%, Heavy Cavalry Damage +5%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: The Pastures of … (event mpo_nomad_events.1100). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/09_mpo_modifiers.txt.
