Supply Assist (modifier ID more_supplies_modifier) is a named modifier in Crusader Kings III, in the Tours and Tournaments files. It gives Supply Duration +15%. The script puts it on a character. One place in the game's script adds it: A Warm Welcome (event travel_events.3020). Patch 1.20.1.2, from game/common/modifiers/00_ep2_travel_modifiers.txt.
